About the job
Your tasks- Preparing drinks/cocktails for the entire restaurant
- Mise en place work in the restaurant/bar
- Compliance with and control of hygiene regulations
- Checking the served drinks regarding quality and quantity
- Daily assistance with goods logistics including adherence to FIFO principle
- Independently preparing the buffet for the next working day
- Various cleaning and tidying tasks
Your profile
- between 20 and 30 years young
- completed training in the hospitality/hotel industry or experience in a comparable position
- flexible, very resilient and reliable
- you keep an overview in hectic moments - joy in work and personal responsibility
- well-groomed appearance and good manners
- very good knowledge of English
