For the corporate law area, we are looking for a motivated lawyer at the Zug location as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive advice in all areas of corporate law
• Company acquisitions (M&A transactions) as well as investments in start-ups
• Drafting and enforcement of contracts
• Disputes and litigation in corporate law
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as independent mandate management

Your qualifications

• Swiss lawyer license
• Practical experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
• Ideally notary license of the canton of Zug (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, ambition and motivation
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• Quick comprehension, pronounced social skills and ability to work in a team
• Confident oral and written communication in German and English
