Your tasks
- Management of the nursing development area with overall responsibility for the continuous development and assurance of high-quality, evidence-based nursing
- Direct reporting to the director and close collaboration on strategic issues of nursing, process, and organizational development
- Responsibility for nursing and organizational development with a focus on cross-professional process design, optimization, and sustainable implementation
- Initiation, management, and control of projects within the framework of process optimizations, quality, and development projects.
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and organization-wide concepts, standards, guidelines, and tools to promote professionalism, efficiency, and patient safety.
- Support of change and development processes as well as promotion of a patient- and family-centered care culture
- Planning and conducting internal training programs, expert inputs, and case discussions as well as active participation in clinical education, further training, and continuing education
- Ensuring knowledge transfer and interprofessional collaboration between nursing, medicine, therapies, counseling, and other professional groups
Your profile
- Master's degree in nursing science (MScN) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally with leadership or project responsibility
- Strong competence in evidence-based practice, quality, and process management
- Experience in leading and implementing projects and change processes
- High advisory, communication, and social skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and organization-wide development
