We have:
… 80 restaurant seats, 100 terrace seats, banquet facilities for up to 550 people and 69 modern hotel rooms
And we are looking for you…
… a friendly restaurant specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Warm and competent care of our international guests in service
- Managing your own service station
- In addition to à la carte service, also assignments in the banquet, seminar, and catering area as well as at the bar
- Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
- Independent daily closing and cash responsibility
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Working with room hours and on weekends as well as on public holidays
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in the restaurant sector
- Warmth and joy in the profession
- Passion, high team ability, flexibility & resilience
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, fluent English
- Good communication skills
