The Electronic Trading Desk at Raiffeisen Switzerland is the competence center for FX Spot, Digital Assets and Cash Equities trading at Switzerland's second largest bank. The desk provides liquidity, pricing and risk management for both internal and external clients and is an important contributor to the overall trading P&L.

To strengthen the “e-Trading” division at our Zurich Airport location (The Circle), we are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual to join us immediately or by agreement as Head of Electronic Trading Desk.

• Lead the growing FX spot and cash equities trading teams
• Oversee electronic trading, including pricing, execution, risk, and liquidity management
• Drive innovation in technology, trading, and hedging strategies to enhance the existing trading infrastructure
• Systematically manage counterparty relationships and collaborate with distribution to expand the client base and increase market share
• Manage a team of experienced traders and take full P&L responsibility for the desk

• Energetic leader with at least 5 years of experience in electronic trading in FX/crypto and/or cash equities
• Proven quantitative and programming skills, supported by a master's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Solid track record in managing desk P&L
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and motivation to lead a team of experienced traders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across a broad range of stakeholders
