Task

How you advance KPMG

• Support the implementation of our Development Centers – from design, briefing the participants, conducting the assessments to reviewing the reports


• Maintain regular exchange with your business stakeholders to ensure the ongoing development and success of our learning offerings at KPMG


• Act as a learning expert for our business, analyze their training and development needs, translate these into appropriate learning offerings, and identify effective learning content and methods


• Create modern and effective learning formats on our digital Learning Experience platform


• Coordinate and create workshops and trainings

Why you are successful

• Bachelor's degree in economics, psychology, or a comparable field of study


• 1-3 years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in a large company or consulting environment


• Professional handling of stakeholders at all levels


• Organized, flexible, and communicative personality who enjoys constant interaction with people


• Experience in analyzing relevant learning content in coordination with business requirements


• Advanced MS Office skills


• Excellent German and English skills, French skills are a plus
