We are looking for a personality who consciously manages closeness and distance, enforces rules clearly and consistently while remaining respectful. Someone who acts calmly and decisively in demanding situations and also demonstrates attitude, orientation, and leadership in stable phases.
Your area of responsibility
- You lead the security lodge area professionally, organizationally, and personnel-wise, ensuring a stable, structured operation
- Deployment, duty, and personnel planning as well as controlling the security disposition are your responsibility
- You ensure the consistent compliance with security, quality, and process requirements and further develop them together with your team
- Leading, supporting, and developing employees from onboarding to evaluation is a central part of your task
- You remain connected in daily operations, keep an overview, and ensure an orderly daily routine
- You prepare reports, records, and decision bases and communicate clearly with management
- You actively contribute to projects and cross-departmental bodies and promote collaboration within the correctional system
What you bring
- You have a completed EFZ education in a commercial or technical field and bring several years of professional experience, ideally in security or correctional environments
- Further training in correctional services or the professional certificate in security and guarding (FSB) is an advantage and underlines your professional interest in the role
- You take responsibility, make decisions, and bring leadership skills as well as the willingness to lead employees clearly and reliably
- Organizational and planning skills as well as a structured working style characterize you even in demanding situations
- High social competence, conflict ability, and resilience shape your working style in daily interactions with people
- Very good German skills and confident use of MS Office are part of your professional routine
- Technical understanding and a professional attitude in dealing with young offenders complete your profile
What to expect
- A responsible leadership role in a central area of the security service with a clearly defined mandate and high impact on overall operations
- A professional working environment with interdisciplinary collaboration, clear responsibilities, and short decision-making paths
- Scope for shaping the further development of processes, structures, and employees within the security lodge
