Mechanical Practitioner as Operator in Nicotine Pouch Production
Activities
- Setting up, starting, and monitoring machines during operation
- Troubleshooting simple malfunctions and monitoring production parameters
- Performing quality checks according to internal guidelines
- Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Documentation of test results and production data
- Performing minor maintenance and cleaning on the equipment
- Supporting planned service and maintenance work
- Reporting and assisting with technical malfunctions
- Assisting with packaging, storage, or preparation of raw materials
- Close cooperation with the team leader and colleagues in shift work
- Working in a regulated 2- or 3-shift system (depending on need)
- Reliable handover to the following or preceding shift
Requirements
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Experience in operating production or packaging equipment is an advantage
- High quality and hygiene awareness
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style
