Employee Operations Center 50-100% (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Operation of the intercom system (staffed 24 hours)
• Support of the on-call center
• Controlling of pre-, shift start, location, incident, and shift end reports.
• Planning of short-term assignments as well as replacing absences
• Monitoring and operation of security systems 
• Triaging of incident reports from alarm and security systems
• Uniform and material orders in the logistics portal as well as integration into the uniform team

What you bring:

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Willingness to work in a 24-hour operation, mainly at night and on weekends
• Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• You are a flexible, reliable, and resilient personality and communicate calmly and competently even in hectic situations
