• Competent and solution-oriented support of our brokers
• Active support, further development, and strategic expansion of the broker portfolio
• Efficient coordination of offer requests and ensuring a smooth process
• Planning and execution of regional broker events to strengthen and expand the network
• Preparation of well-founded annual plans and setting targeted impulses in market development

This is what distinguishes you:

• Federal diploma in the insurance industry or another higher professional qualification
• Residence and strong anchoring in the area of activity
• Solid professional experience in the insurance industry (all-branch insurer)
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial personality with a pronounced affinity for networking
