In this role, you will address complex issues using scientific methods and develop new solutions for business and science as part of a team. You will work in application-oriented research focusing on "Business and Supply Chain Transformation" and contribute to the development of innovative business models, digital and circular supply chains, as well as smart ecosystems. Additionally, you will support research activities in the focus area "AI for Enterprises" with the goal of promoting the use of artificial intelligence to increase efficiency and effectiveness in companies. Besides your research activities, you will teach in bachelor degree programs at our university of applied sciences.

Your profile
- Consecutive master's degree in business administration
- Experience in applying scientific methods
- Doctorate is an advantage or interest in pursuing a doctorate is desirable
- Creativity and a penchant for analytical-conceptual work
- Experience in conducting applied research or implementation projects (advantageous)
- Solid knowledge of German and English
