Business Controller – Operations CH

About the job

You work with a workload of 80–100% in Zug – with the possibility to also work remotely

• You take overall responsibility for the controlling processes at the Zug location – from monthly to annual financial statements according to local and IFRS standards
• You lead strategic production controlling, support investment and production decisions, and accompany the implementation of long-term site goals
• You manage the operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes at the site – focusing on production, supply chain, projects, and cost calculation
• You further develop controlling instruments and KPIs, prepare results clearly, and challenge operational units with analyses and recommendations for action
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of productivity, quality, profitability, and cash flow and initiate appropriate countermeasures in case of deviations
• You support the introduction and maintenance of a performance and risk management system as well as an internal control system according to group requirements
• You train managers and talents in handling business management control instruments and act as an interface to internal and external audits

• You have already gained several years of experience in controlling – ideally in the manufacturing industry – and know how to bring numbers to life
• You have successfully completed your business or controlling studies (Bachelor, preferably also Master)
• Production controlling is your playground: You are very familiar with international (IFRS) and local accounting standards
• SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and modern controlling as well as BI tools are not foreign words to you but daily companions
• You think analytically, work structured, and bring projects to completion with a true finisher mentality
• Complex issues? No problem – you explain them clearly, understandably, and convincingly
• Very good German and English – written and spoken – are standard for you
