About the job
The Childhood Institution (IPE) of Marterey in Lausanne is a collective day care center managed by the Vaud Youth Assistance Center (CVAJ). It has a capacity of 41 places for children from4 months to school entry. Mainly subsidized by the City of Lausanne (SPE) and by the
Canton of Vaud (DIRIS), it has the particularity of being a "relay" place for families benefiting from a socio-professional integration measure.
In a context of reorganization and in order to offer quality care to children and their families, the IPE of Marterey is looking for means for its group:
A childhood educator ES/HES at 70% (permanent contract)
Your profile:
You hold a diploma at ES/HES level or equivalent in early childhood or social education
You are qualified and motivated to support ASE, ES, and HES students
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of childhood
You have experience with children with specific needs
You possess a good ability to adapt to multiple socio-family situations as well as a good ability to analyze complex situations
You are motivated to work in a context of prevention and socialization
You demonstrate flexibility, availability, and a good ability to work in
teams.
