Electrician - Project Manager - Permanent Position

• Coordination of the execution of repair and maintenance work as well as small installations
• Analyzing orders based on technical plans
• Organizing the search and rectification of electrical defects
• Acquisition of new customers as well as support of existing customers
• Clarification of needs and consulting with customers
• Project meetings with customers
• Independent and responsible planning of smaller electrical projects in the areas of residential, commercial, and industrial
• Ensuring timely and efficient project execution
• Recording material requirements
• Ordering, receiving, and checking installation materials according to specifications
• Timely and clean preparation of customer documentation (offers, measurements, reports, billing documents including recalculations, etc.)
• Quality and cost control of the entire project (including on-site)
• Coordination, support, and leadership of the directly subordinate service technician including service apprentices.
• Constructive collaboration with all employees and apprentices
• Efficient handling of the order while complying with quality requirements
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with accident prevention regulations
• Information exchange with superiors (participation in the weekly project manager meeting)
• Competently representing the company externally

• Further training as an electrical project manager with a federal diploma or similar
• Solid industry experience
• Independent and precise working style
• Customer-friendly demeanor
• Driver's license B
