TopCC AG, based in Gossau SG, operates 11 Cash & Carry pickup markets in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and employs 400 staff. We offer a comprehensive range tailored to the needs of gastronomy and trade, as well as business customers, schools, and clubs. All TopCC pickup markets feature a staffed butcher shop and an extensive wine department with expert advice and tasting opportunities. TopCC has been successfully operating for over 55 years. Your Tasks
- You implement the company strategy at the market level and are responsible for achieving the economic goals
 - You ensure attractive product presentation, efficient processes, and a positive shopping experience for our customers
 - You lead your team with expertise, clarity, and appreciation, promote the development of your employees, and create a motivating work environment
 - With your expertise, presence in the market, and commitment, you ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
 - You ensure that all operational processes run efficiently and that high quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always maintained
 - You analyze relevant key figures, derive appropriate measures, and optimize the economic performance of your market
 
Your Profile
- You have completed training in retail, ideally with a focus on food, and have several years of experience in a leadership role
 - You are a responsible, confident personality with high social competence and decisiveness
 - You act cost-consciously, understand economic contexts, and manage your market in a goal-oriented manner
 - You value direct contact with customers and impress with your professional, service-oriented demeanor
 - Even in busy phases, you keep an overview and ensure efficient processes
 - You have solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally bring experience with SAP R/3
