Your tasks
• Participation-oriented support of employees in their work according to the core mission and SILEA brand core.
• Contact person for employees and conducting
employee interviews
• Responsible for timely and high-quality processing of customer orders, as well as
scheduling, setting up, guiding, and training
employees.
• Promoting collaboration and communication
within the department, cross-departmentally, and with
our customers.
• Together with the site management, the team, and
the employees, strengthening interdisciplinary
collaboration and further development of service quality for both employees and
business customers.
