Experience in training learners and adults in the energy sector.
Pedagogical and didactic skills are essential.

Your tasks

Planning courses for network electrician apprentices within AEW Energie AG as well as inter-company courses (ÜKNE) in Lenzburg for the Northeast Switzerland region.
Organization and management of refresher and further training courses for network electricians (switching courses, Aruns and others)
Development of course materials
Material management for courses and training
Evaluation and further development of the courses
Participation in working groups

Your profile

Basic electrical engineering training, preferably network electrician
Professional examination desired or willing to take it
Professional experience in the environment of an energy supplier
Experience in training apprentices and/or adults
Driver's license category B
Pedagogical and didactic skills
