Your tasks

You are the technical hub between our customers, fitters, and internal specialist departments. With your know-how, you ensure that our systems run reliably worldwide.

• Technical support for our customers and service fitters during assembly, maintenance, and repair
• Telephone support for troubleshooting and fault clearance (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
• Coordination of service and repair work on diesel and electric motors
• Support during commissioning and conversions
• On-site assignments at construction sites if needed
• Processing and coordination of spare parts orders

What you bring with you

• Completed basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic, construction or agricultural machinery mechanic, automation technician, or comparable)
• Good knowledge of mechanics as well as experience with electrical controls and proficient handling of combustion and electric motors
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style and good IT skills
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness as well as team spirit, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Foreign language skills are a big plus
