Your main tasks include:
Comprehensive personnel administration
Consulting for managers and employees
Recruitment
Personnel development
Coordination of training and further education
Carrying out general administrative tasks
Support for financial accounting and invoicing
Participation in monthly and annual closings
Cost planning / account reconciliations
Preparation of evaluations / analyses
Assistance with forecasts, liquidity planning, and controlling tools

For this role you bring:
Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or comparable further education
Experience in controlling or a strong affinity for numbers and analyses
Three to four years of professional experience in HR, accounting, and controlling in the security industry is an advantage
Language skills in German, spoken and written
Italian and French skills are an advantage
Ideal age between 30 and 50 years
Service orientation, reliability, resilience, and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
Teamwork skills as well as willingness to actively shape internal processes
Driver's license category B including own vehicle
