Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Ensuring needs-oriented, demand- and professionally appropriate care including the social environment according to the service mandate
- Responsibility for effective, patient- and result-oriented care in collaboration with the qualified nursing staff
- Recognizing changes in the patient situation, initiating appropriate measures, and informing the qualified nursing staff
- Maintaining care documentation as well as recording care-relevant data (LEP) and service billing (medications and materials)
What You Bring to This Position
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Teamwork, resilience, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and independence
