Your Tasks and Perspectives

Ensuring needs-oriented, demand- and professionally appropriate care including the social environment according to the service mandate
Responsibility for effective, patient- and result-oriented care in collaboration with the qualified nursing staff
Recognizing changes in the patient situation, initiating appropriate measures, and informing the qualified nursing staff
Maintaining care documentation as well as recording care-relevant data (LEP) and service billing (medications and materials)

What You Bring to This Position

Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
Professional experience is an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Teamwork, resilience, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and independence
