Training
Hotel and household management specialists welcome and care for guests in practical vocational training in hotels, hostels or healthcare facilities. They take care of accommodation, catering, logistics and laundry in hotels, hostels or healthcare facilities. This enables guests to have a pleasant stay. School education
They perform the following activities:
Depending on the canton: 1 day per week at vocational school or 2 block courses per year (each 5 weeks) in a training hotel.
- Welcome and care for guests
- Accept bookings
- Process arrivals and departures Learn, deepen and practice professional basics, 19 days over 3 years.
- Receive feedback from guests
- Communicate with guests in the native language and foreign languages,

- Purchase, wash, iron and store laundry, for example bed and terry laundry
