Senior System Engineer (a) (80 – 100%) Winterthur and Home Office HRM Systems AG, located in the center of Winterthur, is a successful family business with 150 employees and a long company history. The team is responsible for the areas of workplace, network and cloud infrastructure, as well as security tools, and works very closely with external partners. To apply Your challenge You act as a sparring partner to the head of IT Services and work on exciting projects. Your main tasks can be described as follows, with the percentage weighting shifting depending on upcoming topics, your profile, and your interests: * Solution design (~25%) You create and define technical solutions from business requirements. You consider not only the technologies but also interfaces, processes, and stakeholders. * Evaluation and procurement of systems (~15%) You are responsible for the evaluation and procurement of products, solutions, and services. You weigh the different options and select the best solution that corresponds to the defined architecture and solution design and fits within the budget. * Security (~15%) You ensure that security is already considered in the solution design and guaranteed in operation. For this, you coordinate penetration tests, define the test scope, and implement the pentest findings. In case of security incidents, you coordinate with the security partner. * Implementation & Customizing (~45%) You are responsible for the implementation, configuration, and further development of the IT infrastructure (workplace, network and Azure cloud, as well as security tools), in close collaboration with the team and the external IT partner. Your profile: * Completed technical training, ideally with further education at a HF/FH * At least 5 years of practical experience in the IT infrastructure environment as a System Engineer * Experience in working with external IT service providers * Good knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), network and IT security technologies, Windows Server as well as Windows and MacOS clients (at a conceptual level) * You are implementation-strong, work solution- and service-oriented * You are fluent in German for negotiations Together with your motivated team, you ensure a stable, secure, and future-oriented IT infrastructure.
