Finance Department

Tasks
You lead the financial controlling department of the University of Bern and continuously develop controlling. In the course of the current introduction of SAP, you support your team in the subprojects Planning, CO/PS and ECM/MM. Together with your motivated team of nine employees, you ensure professional support for our institutes and clinics in controlling matters. You advise the university organizational units in the management and representation of their financial resources. You will become part of our dedicated management team and help shape the future of the finance department.
Requirements
You have a university degree in business administration with a focus on finance or can demonstrate corresponding further training in controlling. Several years of professional and leadership experience are a prerequisite for the position. You have project experience, preferably with HERMES. As a leader, you think and act in a goal-oriented, strategic and visionary manner. You always act in a service-oriented and empathetic way, are a team player and have strong communication skills. With your SAP experience in the CO/PS and MM modules, you will significantly shape the further development of controlling at the university.
