YOUR TASKS IN THIS POSITION ARE:
in the Social Assistance Administration
- Application for various financial benefits on behalf of clients (social insurances, scholarships, etc.).
- Ensuring tasks after the termination of social assistance benefits.
- Support with the tax declaration of social assistance recipients.
- Assertion of medical costs for supplementary benefits recipients.
- Ensuring AHV contributions for non-employed persons.
- Processing individual work orders from social workers.
in Care Financing
- Recording and checking incoming invoices from nursing homes and Spitex organizations.
- Queries and clarifications with the invoicing parties and health insurers.
- Account assignment and allocation of invoices in e-Visum (Abacus).
- Collaboration with the specialist responsible for elderly and health.
YOUR PROFILE FITS PERFECTLY IF YOU:
- have several years of experience in commercial support in a comparable institution.
- bring knowledge in social assistance.
- have an independent and structured way of working as well as an affinity for designing efficient and lean work processes and the use of digitalization tools.
- have good oral and written communication skills.
- can work accurately and reliably and have a flair for numbers.
- have good IT user skills (Tutoris, CMI, MS Office).
- enjoy contributing to the team and contributing to our good team culture.
