- You keep the daily operations on the line running and ensure that quality, speed, and collaboration are right.
- With your presence on the shop floor, you lead your team in everyday work, motivate and support where needed.
- In case of disruptions or bottlenecks, you remain calm, pitch in, and quickly find practical solutions.
- From wash schedules to deployment planning to break coverage, you organize the process in a structured and forward-looking manner.
- You independently solve minor technical problems and thus ensure high equipment availability.
- As the deputy of the process leader, you take responsibility for training, safety, quality, and leadership and actively contribute to projects and improvements.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and bring several years of experience in the logistics environment.
- You handle flexible working hours during the week as well as occasional Saturday shifts responsibly.
- Technical understanding and interest in equipment and processes help you quickly grasp connections.
- Openness to new things, joy in change, and the willingness to continuously develop yourself characterize you.
- First experience in leading employees or guiding teams is a clear advantage for you.
- You work precisely, resiliently, and confidently with digital tools such as MS Office and ideally also with SAP.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
