Your Tasks
- Professional and organizational management of the psychiatric trauma unit
- Responsibility for personnel planning, staff deployment, and team development
- Ensuring high-quality psychiatric nursing and trauma therapeutic treatment
- Further development of nursing concepts for the treatment of trauma-related disorders and PTSD
- Organization and moderation of team meetings, ward rounds, and multiprofessional case conferences
- Promotion of a respectful team culture and interdisciplinary collaboration
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or curative education nurse (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in psychiatric nursing desirable
- Experience in a leadership role or willingness to take responsibility in station management
- Interest in the treatment of trauma-related disorders and PTSD
- Leadership skills, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team
