What you will do:
- You can expect an exciting workplace focused on commercial properties and shops with a demanding and complex real estate portfolio consisting of office complexes, technical areas, retail spaces, etc. for our client, who has various locations across Switzerland.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leasing, subleasing, initial leasing, vacancy management, and all questions related to real estate from A to Z.
- As a hub, you will also be responsible for contract extensions, contract reviews, easement agreements, construction agreements, property viewings, deconstruction work (subleasing), assisting with divestments, cost controls, and reporting.
- You engage as a representative of interests in contact with owners, landlords, tenants, FM service providers, and authorities.
- You are motivated, organized, accustomed to working independently, and ready to think outside the box.
- You know how to work as a team to achieve the best for the client and for Wincasa.

- You already have many years of experience in managing commercial properties and want to expand your area of expertise and further develop your real estate knowledge to establish yourself as a consultant and sparring partner for a major client.
- You work efficiently and solution-oriented and have a pronounced service mindset.
- You have furthered your education as a property manager with a federal diploma.
- You enjoy making decisions within the given guidelines and your area of competence.
- You have a driver's license, are mobile, and appreciate a varied task where it is easy for you as a service and organizational talent to negotiate skillfully with many different interest groups and achieve good solutions.
- In addition to a good affinity for numbers, networked and analytical thinking, you have good verbal and written communication skills in German.
