IntroductionFor the upcoming summer season 2026 and with a perspective on long-term collaboration, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and quality-oriented Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our main restaurant at the Suvretta House, one of the most renowned 5-star superior hotels in Switzerland.
In our main kitchen, Head Chef Fabrizio Zanetti celebrates his philosophy of seasonal, market-fresh French cuisine with an international spirit, awarded 17 GaultMillau points. As Chef de Partie, you are co-responsible for the culinary level of one of the most prestigious establishments in Switzerland.
Your tasks
- Independent management of a station in the main kitchen (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier, etc.)
- Organization of workflows within your area of responsibility
- Careful preparation and professional cooking of dishes
- Implementation of quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
- Guidance and training of Commis and Demi-Chefs
- Creative participation in menu design, banquets, and special events
- Coordination with other stations and smooth teamwork
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook
- Professional experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy with leadership experience
- Structured and organized working style
- Very high level of quality awareness
- Good communication skills
- High resilience and reliability
