For our emergency department at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
CO Department Head Emergency Department (a) 80–100%
Your tasks - responsible and versatile
- Together with the department management, you take over the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of our emergency department in Burgdorf and actively shape the quality and development of care
- You contribute to the management of the department and implement defined operational standards and care processes according to clear guidelines
- You are committed to the further development of care and ensure that employees are guided and promoted purposefully both professionally and personally
- You contribute significantly to achieving the department's goals and lead your team with foresight and clarity through everyday life
You bring with you
- You have a diploma in nursing HF/FH (or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized in Switzerland) with completed further training as an expert in emergency care NDS HF and bring several years of experience in acute care – ideally complemented by management training or the willingness to complete it
- Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience in a comparable function
- You are a committed, initiative, and open personality with pronounced professional and social competence and know how to inspire, motivate, and strengthen your team
- You meet people with respect and appreciation – the well-being of patients is your focus
- You practice your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, and think and act in a networked and service-oriented manner
- You approach conflicts solution-oriented and actively promote the personal responsibility of your employees
