CO Department Head Emergency Department (a) 80–100%

Your tasks - responsible and versatile

• Together with the department management, you take over the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of our emergency department in Burgdorf and actively shape the quality and development of care
• You contribute to the management of the department and implement defined operational standards and care processes according to clear guidelines
• You are committed to the further development of care and ensure that employees are guided and promoted purposefully both professionally and personally
• You contribute significantly to achieving the department's goals and lead your team with foresight and clarity through everyday life

You bring with you

• You have a diploma in nursing HF/FH (or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized in Switzerland) with completed further training as an expert in emergency care NDS HF and bring several years of experience in acute care – ideally complemented by management training or the willingness to complete it
• Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience in a comparable function
• You are a committed, initiative, and open personality with pronounced professional and social competence and know how to inspire, motivate, and strengthen your team
• You meet people with respect and appreciation – the well-being of patients is your focus
• You practice your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, and think and act in a networked and service-oriented manner
• You approach conflicts solution-oriented and actively promote the personal responsibility of your employees
