The ZEGG Hotels & Stores stand for Engadine charm, for 3 exclusive hotels (5*, 4*, 4*), for 6 restaurants and 7 shops in the heart of Samnaun at 1850 m above sea level in the midst of the Silvretta ski, hiking & biking arena Samnaun-Ischgl.

Starting from the winter season 2025 / 2026 and preferably beyond, we are looking to complete our team for the imser Private Selection Boutique Hotel Silvretta**** with a dedicated and friendly Head Waiter (m/f/d).

Your tasks / Your profile:

• Independent management of a restaurant area
• Greeting, seating, and advising guests at a high level
• Presentation and recommendation of food and beverages
• Coordination with kitchen, sommeliers, and service colleagues
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Strong communication skills and charm
• Attention to detail and organizational talent
• Discretion in dealing with VIP guests
• Resilience during peak seasons and events
• Hotel management school / training in restaurant service
• German (fluent)
• English (fluent)
• Additional languages are an advantage
