• You take responsibility for the further development of our internal software, which we need for processing daily allowance settlements between our major customers and the insurers.
• You maintain active exchange with our internal specialists and the insurers to find the best solution.
• Small and large challenges: You analyze errors that are implemented immediately and drive optimizations and innovations over months.
• Varied end-to-end tasks: You analyze, discuss, document and test.
• A software optimized over years and grown complex, into which you can "dive in".

Your strengths

• You work persistently and structured and enjoy making the work easier for our specialist departments with process optimizations.
• You enjoy accompanying an implementation from the idea/analysis through various discussions to development and acceptance.
• You easily interact with different stakeholders and communicate appropriately to the audience.
• Nothing easily unsettles you.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer for software solutions.
• Analytical and networked thinking.
• Practical experience in the daily sickness allowance area is a big plus.
• German as a native language.
