Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Activities
- Independent setup and operation of CNC-controlled machining centers in the area of milling cubic workpieces using multi-side machining
- Independent programming on the controls Heidenhain iTNC 530 and/or
- TNC 640 with 5 to 9 axes
- Programming using MasterCam
- Working in 2-shift operation, if necessary in 3-shift operation
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Several years of professional experience - preferably in large batch machining
- Very good programming skills with Heidenhain iTNC530/TNC640
- Independent working style as well as high quality and responsibility awareness
