We are a successful family business currently operating branches at 14 locations in Switzerland. For 40 years, Spielkiste has steadily grown and is now considered the address for high-quality toys, trendy items, and expert advice in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
To expand our team, we are looking for a responsible and motivated team member for our stores in the Zugerland shopping center starting immediately or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- You conduct professional customer consultations and enrich the shopping experience of our customers with up-to-date know-how
- You manage the sales area, present our assortment, and demonstrate creativity in designing window displays
- You actively and independently replenish stock
- You offer our customers an attractive experience from entering the store to completing their purchase at the checkout

- You have professional sales experience, ideally in the toy industry
- You are extroverted, committed, and a convinced team player
- You enjoy selling and have a good sense for our customers
- You are a communicative personality, have a positive charisma, and a confident appearance
- Workload increase to 80% during holidays and the Christmas season
