Tasks

• Active participation in shaping a sustainable and professional HR consulting and leadership development across ipw
• Support and advice to supervisors and employees in the assigned areas and directorates throughout the entire employee life cycle, in collaboration with colleagues
• Active contribution to the further development of the Human Resources Directorate and providing impulses for modern HR work

Profile

• HR consultant by conviction with several years of professional experience (ideally from healthcare and public law)
• Enjoy driving change, perseverance, and maintaining an overview – even in challenging situations
• Clear and goal-oriented consulting skills, assertiveness, and strong communication abilities
• Enjoy teamwork and value exchange as well as an independent, responsible working style
