- You take over the operational responsibility for the car shuttle and the management of the department with the two teams "Customer Service Car Shuttle" and "Intervention" with about 25 employees
- You are responsible for efficient deployment planning, promote constructive and productive collaboration, and utilize synergies between the teams. You coordinate interfaces with adjacent areas and external partners.
- You ensure the quality of the car shuttle and further develop the processes for the benefit of our customers and an efficient workflow. With the Intervention team, you ensure professional incident management in the Furka Tunnel.
- You actively accompany changes and drive the modernization of the car shuttle forward. The further development of employees is close to your heart.
Your Profile
- You have a solid education, profound expertise, and professional experience with targeted further training
- You bring experience in change processes and projects
- You are characterized by high leadership and social competence, maintain a team-oriented leadership style, and motivate your team as a coach
- You communicate clearly, organize efficiently, and think networked.
- As a resilient personality with assertiveness, you have already proven your leadership experience in an operational environment - ideally in customer service, infrastructure, or rescue.
