To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented, and skilled personality as a Bicycle Mechanic EFZ at Thömus AG.

Your tasks – You make a difference:

• You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customer bikes.
• You work independently and customer-oriented.
• You skillfully meet customer wishes as a service provider and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You record, coordinate, and process orders routinely using our digital tools.
• You share our commitment to providing the perfect bike for every customer – technically flawless and individually tailored.
• You are willing to participate in social rides and help us expand them.
• You have a certain flair for sales and enjoy customer contact.

Your profile – what you bring:

• You have completed training as a Bicycle Mechanic EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
• You have completed the trainer course or are willing to do so.
• You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding yourself.
• You have a strong interest in technology and are committed to the further development of Thömus bikes.
• You work independently, carefully, and flexibly – even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in.
• Teamwork, reliability, and a common goal are a matter of course for you – you are motivated to improve yourself and the team.
