You steer the economic development of Edelweiss. With analytical foresight and strategic intuition, you create transparency, develop value-adding measures, and ensure sustainable profitability.
Further tasks:
- Derive and lead value-adding topics as well as initiate result-enhancing measures based on current performance
- You analyze, interpret, and present commercial KPIs (revenue, costs) and derive data-based insights from them
- Prepare and lead performance review meetings including professional leadership
- You calculate and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and business cases and build automated management reporting
- Identify new revenue sources and develop targeted initiatives to tap into them

You think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and lead with foresight. With several years of experience in a leadership position in tourism, aviation, or similar, you know how to inspire teams, drive topics dynamically, and translate complex contexts into clear decisions.
Additionally:
- You have a degree in business, aviation, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative and decisiveness
- Confident handling of qualitative and quantitative data; very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), Power BI is an advantage
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with high commitment and excellent German and English skills
