- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new apprentices
- Supporting, advising, and accompanying trainers and apprentices
- Conveying the practical part of vocational education based on the curriculum of the respective training regulations
- Acting as the central contact person for all matters related to employee training
- Creating cross-departmental training concepts based on specific requirements, as well as evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of these training concepts to ensure their quality and initiate continuous improvements
- Maintaining and expanding internal and external relationships to integrate innovative and high-quality vocational training concepts into the organization
- Promoting effective communication and collaboration between teams and business units to smoothly implement learning and development goals at a high-quality level
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Vocational baccalaureate or equivalent (e.g., EFZ + additional certificate, further education, etc.)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Workload distributed from Tuesday to Thursday (full-day presence at HQ in Zurich on Wednesday)
- Methodical didactic knowledge
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications
- Communicative personality with empathy for different target groups, motivational talent, and confident appearance in front of heterogeneous groups
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
