Employee for Switchboard / Reception and Cafeteria 45% (a)
We are looking for reinforcement in job sharing for occasional assignments: a flexible, service-oriented, and customer-friendly person for reception, switchboard, and cafeteria. It is important for this position that you enjoy an international and dynamic working environment.
Your tasks
As an employee at the reception, you are the first contact person for our guests and visitors from home and abroad. You ensure that everyone feels welcome – both on the phone and on site. The main tasks are as follows:
- Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner and providing initial information
- Managing the switchboard and providing assistance
- Monitoring access to the site and buildings
- Organizing mail and package dispatch
- Handling administration for our company-owned guesthouses as well as general secretarial tasks
In our cafeteria, you ensure that employees find a clean and well-maintained lounge. The activities include:
- Serving guests at the sales counter with fresh products
- Refilling vending machines
- Preparing and delivering ordered drinks and food for meetings
- Ensuring impeccable hygiene in the kitchen and cafeteria including dishwashing
Your profile
Completed basic training or many years of experience in the commercial/administrative field
- Confident handling of IT tools and MS Office programs
- Organizational talent and enjoyment in contact with visitors, suppliers, and guests
- Customer-friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Quick comprehension and independent working style
- High flexibility for job sharing, holiday cover, or emergency assignments
- Knowledge in hospitality or gastronomy is an advantage
