The dementia department currently accommodates 72 and will in future accommodate 170 residents. The care departments are operated according to the 3-worlds model by Dr Christoph Held.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.
To cover our peak times, we are looking for flexible employees on an hourly wage basis for the following shifts:
- Morning shift: 08:00 – 10:30
- Evening shift: 18:00 – 20:00
Days of deployment: Monday to Sunday (by arrangement and need)

This is how you support us:
- You support our care team during peak times in the morning and evening – where many hands are needed
- You give our residents with dementia valuable attention and care
- You actively assist: with personal care, support our residents with eating, mobility and in their daily lives
- You ensure that our residents have a good start to the day or a calm end to the evening
- You work hand in hand with the care team and take on simple nursing measures
- You observe attentively and pass on important information to the team
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Health & Social Assistance EBA, SRK Nursing Assistant or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You bring experience in long-term care and in dealing with residents with dementia
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
