Your Challenge
- Operation of building technology systems
- Execution or organization of repair and maintenance work on building services systems and facilities
- Carrying out technical inspection rounds
- Green and surrounding area work
- Property management
- Co-responsibility for smooth maintenance of building services (HVACSE)
- Control and compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations
- Maintaining safety and order for users and visitors of the properties
- Documentation in the CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management)
- On-call duty
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HVACSE area or specialist in operational maintenance with technical flair or as a maintenance specialist
- Strong manual skills in carrying out practical work
- Confident handling of tools and materials as well as solution-oriented approach to repairs
- Impeccable reputation
- Driver's license category B
- Resilient, flexible and reliable personality
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Sense of safety, cleanliness and openness complete your profile
