Do you feel most comfortable among flower beds, hedge trimmers, and lawn tractors? Are you weatherproof, enjoy working with your hands, and are you not afraid of winter service?

Then it’s time for us to get to know each other! Our workshop team is looking for someone starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
With us, you won’t find a desk job, but a real outdoor adventure across the community area. You ensure that our green spaces not only remain green but are also well-maintained, inviting, and safe – from flower beds to playgrounds to parks. 🌳
And when support is needed in the team, you also help with road maintenance or waste disposal. As part of the team, you are also involved in the training of our apprentices. Passing on knowledge is just as much a part of the job as grabbing the brush cutter in summer or using the shovel and snow plow in winter. ⛄

What do you bring?
Ideally, a qualification in the green or workshop sector🪴, experience in maintenance🛠️, a driving license (Category BE would be great!) 🚗 – and above all: joy in working outdoors, craftsmanship, reliability, and team spirit.
