Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d) 100%
In this staff position in quality management, you are responsible for the establishment, planning, monitoring, and correction of the QM system. In close collaboration with the specialist departments and their practical experience, the quality management of Katadyn Deutschland GmbH is further developed.
Your area of responsibility…
- Responsibility for the further development of a QM system according to ISO 22000 and ISO 9001
- Conducting internal and external audits
- Analysis of quality metrics and derivation of suitable measures for process improvement
- Professional guidance in the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy as well as achieving quality objectives
- Training and raising awareness of operational staff on all matters of quality management
- Complaint and deviation management including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
What you bring…
- a successfully completed training or a degree in the food sector
- Additional qualifications QMB and first professional experience in
- Quality management, ideally in the food industry
- Independent and structured working style
- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
- Strong team and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Dynamics NAV
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
