- You are responsible for operational supplier management. This includes, in particular, the development, qualification, auditing, and evaluation of suppliers.
- You are responsible for handling supplier complaints, evaluating feedback, and conducting specific improvement projects with suppliers.
- You take on the professional leadership of the supplier management team.
- You act as the interface with other departments such as purchasing, supply chain, R&D, etc., and support them with your expertise.
- You ensure quality assurance measures to meet GMP and ISO requirements and the continuous improvement process in your area.
- You have a completed scientific or technical degree or a technical training (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, medical devices).
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function.
- You are familiar with the requirements of relevant standards and guidelines (cGMP, ISO 9001, -15378, -13485).
- You have a winning and convincing manner and are assertive.
- You are a reliable and goal-oriented personality with a lot of organizational talent.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
- You are willing to travel about 10-20%.
