Your Tasks
- You share responsibility for a mixed-age children's group as well as the planning and implementation of the daycare daily routine in coordination with the group leader and the other core group
- Create development-promoting atmospheres in which children and staff feel safe, comfortable, and can develop based on the dual education concept elmar
- Conduct forest days
- Record children's portfolios and write status assessment discussions
- Competent and transparent collaboration with parents
- Participation in and organization of meetings and events
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ is mandatory
- Flexibility, independence, initiative, commitment, and resilience
- Self-reflection and motivation to want to develop further
- A pleasant and constructive team atmosphere is important to you, and you enjoy working across groups
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good command of German and good PC skills
- Motivation and interest in further development
- Preferred working days: Monday and Friday. The rest as desired
