This is what you will do
- Guest care as well as smooth check-in and check-out
- Receiving and forwarding internal and external phone calls
- Handling complaints and professional complaint management
- Email correspondence with guests and internal departments
- Compliance with Marriott and SV standards
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training in the hotel industry or first experience in 4-star chain hotels
- Strong guest and service orientation as well as polished manners
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, organized and responsible way of working
- Teamwork, flexibility and ideally knowledge of Opera
