Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for the Greater Zurich Area as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent handling of construction projects for sun protection products taking into account local conditions as well as contractual terms
• Responsibility for the sold project until completion of installation
• Ordering sun protection products based on plans or independent measurements
• Participation and representation of our interests in construction meetings
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Administrative tasks in the course of project processing
• Communication with all persons involved in the project
• Resolution of disruptions in the order process considering contractual foundations

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the construction or related industry, graduation from a higher technical school
• Experience in the field of sun protection or facade, window, and metal construction
• Understanding of technical drawings, CAD user knowledge (Auto-CAD)
• IT user knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of order processing according to SIA 118
• Experience in project management in the construction or related industries
• Independent, responsible, reliable, resilient, team-oriented, winning personality
