What you will accomplish

• Read plans like an open book and manage the installation of works with the precision of a conductor.
• Reinforce and install plasterboard partitions and false ceilings, from the simplest to the most complex, with a professional eye.
• Lead a small team on site, combining leadership, kindness, and a bit of fun to keep motivation at its highest.
• Ensure safety and health on the construction site, making sure everything is done according to the rules and safely.

What you need to shine

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a dry construction plasterer, with solid field experience.
• Practical experience managing a small team and the ability to supervise with confidence.
• Good knowledge of safety and site management – you know how to enforce rules without ever lacking firmness.
• A sense of organization and leadership, and above all a positive energy that motivates your team to give their best.
