F&B Guest Relation Coordinator (m/f/d) | Brasserie

In the versatile and responsible role as F&B Guest Relation Coordinator, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• Warm welcome and perfect seating: As a master of hospitality, you warmly welcome our guests and ensure their perfect seating in our brasserie.
• Writing artist for culinary delights: Turn words into culinary delights by creating our menus in various languages to impress our international clientele.
• All-rounder for special occasions: Be ready to support our F&B outlets as needed and during special events to ensure every moment is unique.
• Back office: Behind the scenes, you keep the F&B office running smoothly by handling administration and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Customer data maintenance with a smile: Apply your organizational skills by maintaining our customer files and ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
• Number juggler for success: With an eye for numbers, you manage daily statistics and key figures to ensure our F&B area stays on a successful course.

• You have completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have experience in a similar administrative role in the F&B sector
• Your organizational skills are outstanding and you always keep an overview even in stressful situations
• With your open and communicative manner, you act as a link between different teams and departments
• Fluent German and English skills are required, French skills are an advantage
• You have a passion for excellent service and gastronomic excellence
