Your responsibilities
You lead the 4 branch managers in Bern, Zurich, Lausanne, and local administrations in professional and personnel matters. Your proven expertise and many years of leadership experience enable you to quickly grasp complex issues related to property management and to identify solutions. You are responsible nationwide for customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous process optimization. In this role, you represent property management in the Zivag executive management.
Your profile
■ Training as a federally certified real estate trustee or comparable qualification
■ Many years of practical and leadership experience in property management
■ Very good planning and organizational skills
■ Very good German and French language skills.
■ Structured working style, resilient and decisive
■ Willingness to be appropriately present on-site at our branches
